其實我們每個人在飲食上或多或少都有一種偏好,長期嗜好某種口味的食物就會造成相應的髒器機能偏盛,久之損傷其他髒器。破壞五髒的平衡,老沙鍋雖然不胖,但甘油三酯略偏高,罪魁禍首沙鍋想就是糖了。。老沙鍋一邊自語,飯後甜點是健康殺手,然後一邊又仍然忍不住的往家買往嘴裏送啊,沙鍋隻好被迫自己動手做些含糖少的點心。。
第一層麥片,第二層布朗尼,第三層巧克力,
等不及了,上麵的巧克力還沒有涼透變硬就切開吃了,照片也照的馬馬虎虎啦。
recipe
第一層麥片,
1.stir together 1 cup rolled oats+1/2 cup all purpose flour + 1/2 packed brown sugar +1/4 tsb baking soda +6 tbs melted butter
2 .put into 11*7*1-1/2inch baking pan .bake in 350Fover for 10 min ,cool.
第二層布朗尼,
<1;> melted 1 square chocolate,mix 3/4 cup granulated sugar+1/4 cup butter.add 1 egg.beat well use wooden spoon.
<2>;in a bowl stir together the 2/3 cup flour , 1/4 tsb baking powedr ,1/4 tsb salt.
<3> add half of <2 >to<1 >,combine the1/4cup milk and 1/2 tsb vanilla,mix till blended. stir in remaining half of<2>till mixed , stir in chopped nuts.
<4>,spread over first layer.bake in 350f oven for 25 min/ or till done ,cool.
第三層巧克力,
1.1 square chocolate and 2tbs butter or margarine in pan over low heat , stir constantly
2, remove from heat,stir in powdered sugar and the 1tsb vanilla, bland in enough hot water(about 2 tbs)to make an almost pourable consistency.
3 frost brownes .top with nuts...cut it..
;注;裏麵的糖統統打了大折扣。。butter 可以用shortening.or.margarine 替代
