小時候經常吃這個，隻是原料不同。
童年的春天，村邊槐樹上開滿白白的小花，微風吹拂，縷縷清香向四方彌漫。一個小女孩兒爬到樹上，折下那小小的帶花枝椏扔下去，外婆在樹下蒯個小籃子一枝枝撿起來。。
回到家擇幹淨洗過，用麵拌拌上鍋蒸十分鍾，涼涼了用蒜調。。微辣中帶點甜味，口感很好。還有榆錢兒蒸蒸也很好吃。
高檔餐廳的雞鴨魚肉就好吃嗎？當然，但常吃也會膩。順口的家常飯是總也吃不煩的，我最愛吃的還是蒸菜。
今天中午蒸的老芹菜，怕營養不夠充分又炒了個肉豆角。再吃已經不是菜，是滿滿的童年記憶，是回不去的故鄉，是夢裏白發爹娘的聲聲呼喚。。（木子說我開始釀醋了。：）
肉炒豆角我兒子最愛吃的家常菜之一，可惜他不在身邊。
捎帶一個小甜點，前些天做的。。

People did this when they were starving in the great famines.There were a lot of famines in that area because of bad weather, locusts or floods. They tried to save the flour or grain and make their stomach full. Thus they created this dish. This dish is a product of extreme poverty and human struggles. I don't know whether people in Eastern Africa can copy this in the drought if they have more trees that bloom in spring.
