想問一個關於美國公民入籍的事情。(案例很少見！)

前天收到移民局的一封信，說我入籍被拒，原因是我發了假誓，不誠實。因為4年前服過美國兵役，但沒有服完，因為個人感情原因中途退伍了，但是本人早已辦好正常退伍手續，給我辦理退伍手續的軍官還告訴我，半年後我參軍的記錄會全消，等於我從沒入過伍。所以我沒跟移民官員說我半途退伍的事，我隻跟他說我以前當過兵。我真的不是刻意去隱瞞。


移民局的欣上寫到
Reason:Poor Moral Character(False Testimony ,Lying)

我去問了幾個中國人Lawer，他們都說從來沒辦過這種案件，不敢接，建議我去找Marshal Lawer.

各位能給點忠告嗎?萬分感激！

在美國生完孩子可以以監護人的身份申請綠卡嗎？？？
