盜用信用卡／申請難民

目前依靠網上盜用他人的信用卡獲得實惠最多的是保加利亞，丹麥和東歐一些國家的黑客。通常通過盜用信用卡在網上購物，金融業因這一項年損失超過十億美金；eBay被這種事弄的焦頭爛額，賠付極限已經一降再降，目前最多隻賠$200。

不過你要想通過盜用的信用卡提現需要超乎尋常的金融行業知識，如果你在銀行做過幾年的話，可能會找到方法。

我比較推崇寫《窮爸爸，富爸爸》的Robert說的一句話：對一件事不要總說，I CAN'T。而要多問自己How Can I? 這是窮人與富人的差別。十億美金，你隻需要千分之一。

This morning I passed a school zone then was stopped by a blackpoliceman. He said I drove 35 at a 20 limit school zone. first of all ididn't know how fast I drove because it is rush hour. Also some carsbefore me passed without any problem. I want to complain. Do you thinkwhat is the best strategy for me to handle this problem. Thanks a lot.By the way, i have to go the judge he marked on the ticket? May I goothers? Thanks
