遵從外在的行為道德規則（比如古訓，傳統或宗教道德，社會法律，大多數人的習慣，等等）並非難事，難的是如何自己心目中有自己的規則，並且在這些規則和外在規則相衝突時自己仍然能堅守之。It's always easier to follow the rules made by others (majority, power classes, traditions, social systems, etc.), than to have rules inside one's own heart, and to follow them even when they contradict rules made by others.
