1、五毛錢的生日蛋糕：一塊大豆腐-
現在真是的，什麽東西都漲價，以前2毛錢一塊的大豆腐，現在，已經漲到五毛錢了，就是因為這個，使很多家庭，連一塊豆腐都吃不起，眼見著平時的，很多窮人家庭，吃的，都是蘿卜；白菜，這些北方最便宜的東西，高於2毛錢的，他們就不吃，春；夏；秋天，他們就遍地去挖野菜，如果運氣好的話，還可以去散市後的市場，撿點丟在地上，還比較好的菜來吃。
鄰居家的孩子，12歲生日了，爸爸，媽媽都下崗了，所以，這一天，平時過生日的時候，都沒有什麽慶祝活動，孩子，又能懂得什麽呢？而且媽媽也覺得，平時實在太苦了孩子了，所以，在孩子12歲生日的那天，給孩子買了一塊豆腐，做為過生日的蛋糕，來給孩子吃，結果，孩子的父親，因為多花了三毛錢，知道嗎？三毛錢，就是一頓飯啊！和孩子他媽，吵了大半天，我不想罵他，是個小氣的男人，但是生活所逼迫，1分錢憋死英雄漢，就是這個道理。
2、討米的阿姨說：實在沒錢了-
那天晚上4點多，媽媽在廚房做飯，突然，傳來了一陣敲門的聲音，媽媽覺得奇怪，我呢，趴在貓眼看了半天，發現外邊，站著一個50歲左右的中年婦女，媽媽說誰呀，我說不認識，一個女的，於是媽媽就說，開門問問啥事吧，咱倆人呢，不怕她。我就把門打開，那個阿姨，很不好意思的站在門口，看到我媽媽的時候，她捋了捋她花白的頭發，然後很靦腆的說：大妹子，我是樓下的，不好意思上來，求鄰居們點事兒。
媽媽很驚訝，問，大姐有啥事呀？因為這個女人，雖然好像在印象中，的確是見過的，但是現在的人嘛，特別是住樓房的，隻要不是親戚，一般都是，老死不相往來的那一種關係，媽媽平時，都是很本分的上班，很本分的回家，所以，當然就更不會和外人接觸，更不會認識她了。
那個阿姨就說：“其實，也不是什麽大事，就是，家裏沒有米了，想來借一碗……我有工作能力的！我會還給的！”她在說完討米的事之後，馬上不停的，解釋自己是有能力的，隻是現在，實在沒有錢了，家裏，也窮得揭不開鍋。還使勁的擺手搖頭的說，我不是討錢的，也不是要飯的，真的大妹子，就借一碗米，把我家孩子的晚飯做了。
媽媽，本身是個善良的女人，就算這個阿姨，是騙人的，她也不忍心，因為一時的困難，誰都會有，雖然媽媽，從小沒有遇到過這樣的困難，但是，吃不到飯挨餓的時候，她也經曆過，當然了，那是她拚命工作的時候，沒有來得及吃飯……所以媽很不忍心，看到這個老姐姐這樣，所以，就回頭跟我說，珊子（女兒）給你阿姨，進屋裝一碗米去，我就回頭進屋，找了個大一點的塑料袋，給她裝了小半袋，然後，回頭出來遞給那個阿姨，她一看，說，哎呀這麽多呀，小姑娘，不用這麽多的，這多不好意思。媽就說，別這樣大姐，咱都不富裕，多給你一點，你就可以問別人，少要一次啊！再說吃飽了，好有力氣幹活啊！
阿姨，其實是個要強的人，但是，在這樣困難的生活麵前，不得不低頭了，聽完媽媽的話，她真的很感動，因為，她在討米的時候，那種羞澀的樣子，真的，是窮得沒有辦法了。而現在，有這樣的好人給她米，還支持她工作，真的，使她感到生活好像又有了希望似的，於是千恩萬謝的走了。
後來，好像是阿姨，找了一份清潔工的工作，雖然工資還是不高，但是，至少有了一點點生活的保障了。
3、真正的家徒四壁，一張床，兩床被單，三口人，蜷縮在一起的人-
沒有到過窮人家裏，是不知道窮人家-什麽樣子的，記得-古代有個皇帝，大臣說，天下的百姓-餓死的很多，因為他們沒有米吃，那個皇帝就問，為什麽他們不吃肉粥？不親眼看到，在那裏想當然，當然-就不知道別人的疾苦了。
沒有調查-就沒有發言權，我卻不是故意的調查，而是親自去了一趟，才真的發現什麽是“家徒四壁”，什麽是“一無所有”，除了貧賤的人命，基本沒有任何多餘的財產。
我到了貧民窟一樣的，窮學生家裏，義務做他的家教，結果，發現他家，真的是什麽都沒有，真的，一張床，兩床被單，三口人，蜷縮在一起的人，他們家裏，什麽都沒有了，一口熏的，奇黑的黑鍋，放在他家的平房外邊，窗戶破了，隻能用塑料布補上，連玻璃都換不起，在12平方米的，狹小空間內，這一家三口人，晚上睡覺的時候，就蜷縮在那個最裏邊，能避開風的角落裏。這可真是，窮的叮當山響，苦的“家徒四壁”啊！
4、蹲馬路的，輟學初中畢業學生，為生活奔波，甚至可以受雇打人-
學費的問題，是一個困擾著，所有中國學生的問題，因為，也不知道是誰？提出了教育，是一種消費！這樣的亡國理論，真是民族敗類！ 我就在想，為什麽電視台？隻說學校，同意減免部分學雜費，而不是全部？難道，真的是為了兼顧公平，而同樣收貧困學生的錢？怕別人說什麽？
我在火車站，見到的蹲在馬路邊上的，輟學初中畢業學生，他的父母下崗了，沒有錢供他讀書，所以這個孩子，就隻好自己提早出來討生活，而且，還特會來事，我經過他旁邊的時候，他一麵招呼生意，一麵看著我，問我：“姐，您家需要勤雜工嗎？我媽媽就在那邊，我能幹力工，您有什麽需要就叫我。”我搖搖頭說不用了，他看我，好像不著急走就說，沒有事的，我啥都能幹，我就笑著問他，你能幹什麽啊？他就說，我什麽都能幹，上高接線，修水管子砸牆，您要是看誰不爽，我還可以幫你揍他，就是價錢高一點。我，隻是無可奈何的一笑，然後說，等以後真有這活的吧，然後就想走開。他還不肯放棄，就說，您幫我找一點活幹吧？我媽媽下崗了，爸爸早死了，你看看，我適合幹點啥？我說，那你，就幫我搬一下這個箱子，給你2塊錢，他什麽都沒有說，直接衝過來就扛起箱子，等扛起來的時候，才發現箱子並不沉，他很靦腆的一笑，說：姐姐你真向著我呀，然後，就樂嗬嗬的，幫我把箱子抬上車。接著對我說，我辦事您放心，咱是靠力氣吃飯的人，錯不了。接著我給了他錢，他樂嗬嗬的，向我道了謝就走了。唉！又一個可憐的孩子啊！但是，真的很有骨氣！
5、東北寫真：下崗工人家庭，室溫隻有9度 （博訊編者按：9度不錯啦！很多屋內，晚上結冰，本編輯，高中學生，睡的房間，就是晚上凍冰的）
昨天，是期中考試前的，最後一天，晚上到班級裏的，一個孩子家，去幫她複習，結果，到了她的家裏的時候，我幾乎被她家的室溫，難過的抽過去。
因為，東北這個時候，氣溫，已經基本上在零度左右徘徊了，於是，這些破敗的家庭，他們的住房溫度，都普遍不高，特別是，住在解困樓裏的這些人，有的都因為沒有錢，而繳不起供熱費，於是，在暖氣係統改造的時候（說實話，就是，為了把不交錢的，給繞過去），他們的家，就被單單的空出來，而暖氣的管子，就從牆外繞過去了。
到了她家的時候，已經是晚上七點，這個時候，太陽早就已經落下，陰森森的小屋裏，沒有一點日光，留下的暖意，而隻有兩個大活人，靠她們的體溫，來為這個屋子創造室溫了。我進屋的時候，屋子裏那個破破的寒暑表，顯示的溫度是9攝氏度，而且喘氣的時候，哈氣，就會順著燈光的方向，慢慢的爬生，然後，消散在屋子裏，冰冷的空氣中。
