道光皇帝，從曆史的記載上看，此皇帝，還算是一位有道的皇帝，文治；武功，而又嚴於律己，可謂是才德兼備，古之明君；聖主莫過如此，可是曆史，就是這樣的無情，第一個不平等條約，是你簽的。在曆史上，你就永遠得無法翻身！清朝自嘉慶皇帝起，國力下降，道光皇帝和鹹豐皇帝，都夢想著做一個中興之君，論能力，道光皇帝是稱職的，鹹豐皇帝的能力，又不及道光皇帝，又趕上太平天國起事，內憂外患下，中國陷入了空前的危機。

二、新興階級的產生
