甜酸香檸鳳翼煲

材料:           ingredients
雞中翼        12 兩                mid-joint chicken wings            450g
檸檬            1 個                 lemon                                           1
片糖             2 兩                 crushed raw brown sugar           75g
紹酒            1/2 湯匙          shaoxing wine                              1/2 tbsp

調味料                                  marinade            
 鹽            1/2 茶匙              salt                                              1/2 tsp    
生抽          1/2 湯匙            light soy sauce                               1/2tbsp
老抽             1湯匙             soy sauce                                        1tbsp
胡椒粉        少許               ground white pepper                       little

做法:                                                                                                                                    
1: 將雞翼洗淨, 下調味料拌勻約15 分鍾.                                                                    
2: 削出少許檸檬皮, 切絲; 將檸檬橫切成薄片,去核.                                                                 
3:燒熱瓦煲, 放入雞翼, 讚紹酒, 下檸檬片及片糖,                                             
悶煮約12分鍾至汁液濃稠, 灑下檸檬皮絲,原鍋上桌.

defrost and rinse chicken wings. marinate for about 15 minutes.
pare and shred lemon rind. cut the lemon horizontally into the slices. remove the stone.
 heat oil clay pot. add chicken wings. pour in shaoxing wine slingtly. put in lemon slices and crushed raw brown sugar. cook with the lid for about 12 minutes until the sauce thickens. sprinkle with lemon rind. serve hot.
