安省美術館有藏品長期展及特展。 其展廳分布於整個建築物上下五層，其中主要的第一、二層是湯遜歐洲藝術藏品展，照片及繪畫展，雕塑、非洲藝術展，藝術大師亨利摩爾雕塑作品展等。三層為多功能廳，展館的四五層以現代藝術為主。展館內並設有宴會廳、餐館及咖啡廳等。
重開的安省美術館長期館藏作品超過 73,000件。展品中40%為新展品，均為該館近年來采購或接受捐贈。其中最核心部份是加國收藏家湯遜夫婦(Ken and MarilynThomson)的收藏品，包括加國畫作、歐洲小件雕塑、歐洲文藝複興時代巴洛克畫作、船模，中國鼻煙壺等。
安省美術館收藏很多名家名畫和雕塑。

我最喜愛的材質是光滑、細膩的象牙。在安省美術館，我平生第一次看到幾十件（可能上百）象牙雕塑，各個精美，真是大飽眼福啊。
