[健身減肥篇] 吃著吃著就瘦了

35歲後人的新陳代謝會成倍數遞減,也就是為什麽我們會常抱怨“以前餓一兩頓就瘦了現在咋餓都不瘦”。 少吃,代謝,排毒,據說是減肥中最重要的三件事。以下這些food據說可以大大地促進代謝,有關人士可以關注一下~~





Beans

哈哈哈哈,快把你的悲慘遭遇細細寫來讓俺樂樂。。。。我從三月份開始正式減肥(也就是早上開始出門快走),一直想等有成果了寫減肥報告來著,可到現在一磅都沒少,急S俺也~!!

ezbots 回複 悄悄話 Raspberry Ketone works well. but it is not a silver bullet. you still need to have portion control. when you eat greasy food or diary, you have urge to go bathroom right away.
