國慶長周末本來要和大隊人馬到Montreal去,周六臨時改變主意在家待著。在家待著也不能閑著,隨即決定邀請久違的朋友過來小聚。老公也跟著起哄,又邀了最近聯絡上的中學老師一家和國內的鄰居親戚。十點半敲定了個小爬梯!十一點動手~~
先把牛肉醃好(串串烤時才穿的)

醃肉醬用了韓國燒烤醬 + A1 Sauce + 海鮮醬 + 金蘭醬油 + Maple Syrup
然後做麵包,還有二種口味
奶油麵包

這回的麵包是湯種麵包,附上做法。
湯種:2 tbs 中筋麵粉 + 6 tbs 水拌勻放微波爐轉15秒,取出用叉子攪拌勻,再入微波爐轉10秒,取出攪拌勻,然後微波爐再10秒,取出拌勻後用薄膜包好入冰箱置涼半小時(正宗的湯種是要在冰箱裏過夜的,山寨版的沒過夜也還湊合)。
發麵:冰箱裏涼好的湯種,一個打勻的雞蛋,半杯Whipping Cream,3 tbs 水,1/3杯糖,3杯半高筋麵粉,2 tsb bread machine yeast依次放入麵包機,開機發麵。
麵包機發好麵之後做奶油麵包的步驟不再重複,參考
豆沙麵包,奶油肉鬆麵包,奶油麵包卷 。
菠蘿麵包
菠蘿麵包的方子是參考毛毛媽的。
接著做烤麩炒素

烤麩先用大量的油在平底不粘鍋裏煎透之後盛出,香菇木耳(最好還有金針菜筍片)在油鍋裏炒炒之後倒入烤麩,加金蘭醬油,金蘭老抽,雞湯,冰糖大火燒滾之後中火燒半小時,然後開大火收汁。
再做雙椒洋蔥魚片

魚片是中國城冰凍的龍利,化凍後切片用2/3韓國脆皮粉,1/3芡粉,椒鹽粉加水調成糊包住魚片。然後在平底不粘鍋煎黃盛出。油鍋裏將雙椒片,洋蔥片炒二三分鍾之後加一大勺自製紅油辣椒(用韓國辣椒粉加鹽和醬油用滾油燙製而成)以及煎好的魚片翻炒均勻就成了。
虎皮大蝦化凍後用椒鹽粉醃製

接著做芒果布丁

二杯牛奶+一杯水煮開之後關火,加一包芒果布丁粉(中國城買的)溶化後,置涼至室溫後放入冰箱結凍。然後將新鮮芒果切丁加在芒果凍上。以紅草莓點綴,更為豔麗。
燉老雞海帶香菇湯

中國城的老雞燉了好幾個小時,內有香菇,木耳,海帶,冰凍筍
然後蒸子雞

這是我們家爺爺的拿手菜,兒子的最愛。小雞用鹽醃了一二個小時之後加香菇木耳甜椒洋蔥蒸40分鍾。
最後在烤箱裏烤的椒鹽烤大蝦
