星期天的鮮肉包子及其他

今天做包子,三種包子:【三鮮肉蒸包】,【三鮮肉生煎】,【蜜糖花生煎包】。

發麵配方:牛奶一杯,水三分之一杯,Shortening 三大勺,醋一茶匙,麵粉四杯,糖三分之一杯,Baking Powder 一茶匙,Bread machine yeast 二又三分之一茶匙,按順序放入麵包機中發麵。

三鮮肉蒸包和生煎餡裏放了豬肉,蝦肉,黃芽菜。
歪打正著的蜜糖花生煎包還真好吃,餡裏放了烤花生仁,蜜糖,白糖

做好的包子醒40分鍾後放在水燒開了的蒸籠上蒸12分鍾,關火後再等三四分鍾開蓋。生煎放在加了二大勺油的平底鍋裏加半杯水大火煮開後開中火直到水燒幹,包子底煎黃就好了。
