中午做了幾個【阿紅煎肉餅】(朋友的原創,故此得名)

用的就是這種現成的麵餅
一包十張

用半磅肉末(喜肉者不妨多加點),加一個蛋,少量鹽,鮮醬油和酒拌勻後抹在餅上

然後再蓋上一張,做成薄薄的夾肉餅
平底鍋裏放一大勺油加至六成熱,入夾肉餅用中火煎至金黃,約二~三分鍾後,翻一麵在煎二到三分鍾,當中要加蓋。

吃完了到外麵走走,門外的花開了!也不知道叫啥花?
