知道嗎？像今年這麽早的複活節 這輩子再也遇不到了！

複活節總是在過了春分（3月20號）第一個滿月之後的頭一個星期天。因為複活節是按照農曆計算（猶太人是用農曆來算Passover），所以每年的日期都有變化。

有趣的是，今年的複活節是我們大家在有生之年能夠遇到的最早的複活節！隻有長壽的老前輩（95歲以上！）曾見過這麽早的複活節。我們大家今生今世是再也遇不到了！

看看日曆：

1）下一個這麽早的複活節（3月23號）將是在2228年，也就是220年之後。上一次這麽早的複活節是1913年。

2）再下一次早的複活節（更早一天），3月22號，將是2285年，那是277年以後的事了。再上一次3月22號的複活節是1818年。

有點意思吧？

俺這麽說是有根有據的。如果同事寄來的Email有錯那也就怪不得俺了。

A once in a lifetime experience!

Easter is always the 1st Sunday after the 1st full moon after the Spring Equinox (which is March 20). This dating of Easter is based on the lunar calendar that Hebrew people used to identify passover, which is why it moves around on our Roman calendar.

Here's the interesting info. This year is the earliest Easter any of us will ever see the rest of our lives! And only the most elderly of our population have ever seen it this early (95 years old or above!). And none of us have ever, or will ever, see it a day earlier!

Here's the facts:

1) The next time Easter will be this early (March 23) will be the year 2228 (220 years from now). The last time it was th is early was 1913 (so if you're 95 or older, you are the only ones that were around for that!).

2) The next time it will be a day earlier, March 22, will be in the year 2285 (277 years from now). The last time it was on March 22 was 1818. So, no one alive today has or will ever see it any earlier than this year!
