素不相識 回複 悄悄話 回複rococo的評論:Grilling Machine上下都帶有加熱的條子,所以Grill起來肉熟的快。加熱條直接接觸肉塊的地方會有點焦,就有老美喜歡的焦糊香,這是烤箱無法做到的。
rococo 回複 悄悄話 請教素姐姐一個問題:這種GRILL和普通爐頭下的烤箱在有什麽區別啊?我從來沒用過這種GRILL。別笑哦。
