幹的桂林米粉一包

水燒開,放入幹米粉,略攪拌,關火。40後分鍾即可撈出,冷水衝過晾幹盛盤。

韭菜,豆芽,胡蘿卜絲均用開水燙過,一一鋪在米粉上。

調味料:四川涼拌菜料(川霸王牌),醬油, 醋,糖,蒜蓉,芝麻醬,麻油,(正宗點還應放花椒/花椒油,辣椒/辣椒油)

吃前加入調味料拌勻就成功了!
