俗話說，好記性不如爛筆頭。孩子們成長得太快了，有許多精彩的瞬間我都記不太清了。趁現在有點時間，抓緊記點。

We throw him a big party! It's rather for the parents in some sense. But, most of my friends have kids (from new born to 10 years old), so Ethan enjoyed it very much! He got a ton of toys/clothes/gift cards.
We decorated the house with Thomas the Train and Nemo theme (his favorite, bought from I Party) along with 1st Bday banner and some Chinese decoration that my parents brought over. Ordered him a special Nemo birthday cake, and cooked some food for my friends. It was from 2:30-5:30 on a Sat afternoon, everyone had a good time.
Oh, oh, most importantly, get plenty of balloons, kids are just crazy about them. Every kid took a balloon with them upon departure. And at the same time, you may also prepare small party favors for each kid.
