more verbose explanation on why all should go back

as said, I used to believe that anyone younger than 35 should go back, basically those who haven't invested enough overseas,

I also believed that those most exception talented ones should stay overseas since they might need a bigger platform,

now that theory is out of my window, and all simply should go back,

here are the reasons:

1, there is a huge supporting infrastructure in China. At overseas we had to work on, take car of, or even fight for, even some of the most basic aspects of living, in China we can that off-sourced much easily. Thus we can set our hands more free and work on the things that best fit for our talents.

anyone who have worked out their ways have pretty much paid double efforts. If we did the same in China, we could probably achieve much more than we have at overseas, and outperform most of peers who never went out.

2, there is no bigger platform than those in China. Yes there are gotchas, and we need navigation skills to work things out with local settings. But the scale is simply many magnitude larger than that existing outside.

here I really want to repeat one little incident that I mentioned earlier. During my last trip, one day I was watching CCTV2, and 2 guests were talking. One of them is about 30 years old, and he is the manager of a fund with size 170 yi, ie, $2.5B. I was literally shaken.
