this is what I posted at 大千股壇 today, kind of in responding to the news that Chinese gov't will take a $3B stake in the coming Blackstone IPO, obviously in an attempt to capture a slice in the current private equity boom
the key idea is to invest in value.
Value will go beyond fashion. Value will endure time.
just as a few years ago, negativity overwelmed Chinese stock market, which, now we know, turned out to be one of the best time for value investors,
obviously it would take both quite wide perspective and in-depth knowledge to be a value investor,
the good thing about value investor, most often there is a reward at the end for the efforts,
