Oftentimes, clients relocate during the pendency of their immigrant ornonimmigrant petition. Beneficiaries should be aware that they arerequired by law to notify USCIS of any change of address while they arein the United States. The procedure is a simple one, but it is veryimportant that it is done correctly to ensure that both USCIS and yourattorney have the updated address.

* First, contact your attorney to notify them of your new address.

* In order to change your address with USCIS every principal alienplus every family member over the age of 14 you will need to form AR-11(which you can download from USCIS website herehttp://uscis.gov/graphics/formsfee/forms/ar-11.htm). This form shouldbe ted to the following address:

U.S Department of Homeland Security
Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration
Change of Address
PO Box 7134
London, KY 40742-7134

There is no fee to file this form.

Also, call the customer service number of your service center and tellthem your new address. You will need the receipt number for your casewhen you call
