年輕的心

媽媽最近在考駕照，和一群大學生一起，每天在學校的操場上練車。每天晚上，她都象小女孩一樣，向我匯報進展。言語中的興奮和喜悅，讓我感受到她心態上的變化。爸爸也開玩笑地說，“你媽媽越活越年輕，要把我這個老頭子甩掉了。。。”得知他們的生活很是豐富多彩，我也由衷地高興。

昨晚得知，媽媽樂極生悲，摔了一大跤，膝蓋手臂全都摔破了。可是媽媽卻開心地說，“隻是皮肉傷，骨頭一點問題都沒有，我的身手還是很矯健的。。。”我有些哭笑不得，向她囉嗦了很久要注意安全，不能得意忘形之類的話。媽媽乖乖地象小學生一樣聽我“教導”。末了，我反應過來，自己怎麽象個歐巴桑。。。

不可否認的，身為教師的父母，因為常年和年輕的學生在一起，心態要比同齡人年輕許多。他們的心中有各種各樣的計劃，學這個學那個，爸爸也為媽媽安排得好好的，駕駛，書法，國畫，媽媽隻要按時上課就好了。。。爸爸超過了70歲，不能在國內考駕照了。不過他說夫妻一體，媽媽學車，就等於他學了。。。就知道他是個理論家：-）

雖然我越來越象他們的管家，可是我的內心還是非常慶幸的。開心他們擁有這麽年輕的心態，有著旺盛的求知欲，平和而努力地麵對每一天的生活。反觀自己，年紀輕輕卻這麽沉重，很容易草木皆兵。是什麽原因讓自己越來越敏感，越來越沉重呢？確實，米國是個讓人缺乏安全感的地方，可是這畢竟是我當初的選擇。雖然不能說“我選擇，我喜歡”，但是至少選擇了，就不要再三心二意地抱怨著。JUST　TAKE　IT，　AND　FACE　IT　GRACEFULLY。

又到了該調整心態的時候了。這些經曆都是人生的必經之路，而我選擇，更加勇敢快樂地走。

北美這個社會福利不夠發達的地方，非要老人開車，生理上不太適宜了。

Face it gracefully.... that's my motto for everything, not only for failures, mistakes and pains
but also for successes, joys and happiness. Try to face mishaps with bravery and welcome fortunes with appreciation.
This will improve our attitude to a new proactive level, and also our ultimate goal: bracing for the challenges gracefully.

A lot of people can give inspiring advices to their friends, but when it comes to themselves, they could not
shake off the heavey loads in their minds and failed to be good shinks of their own. I for one is a member of this army.

I think your habbit of constant self-reminding, self-adjusting of emotional attitude is very helpful.
Use the techy jargon with which you are familiar here for once, negative feedback loop circuit cancels out noises
constantly and gives the most amplifying power. I guess you would be able share the analogy here given your background.
