Joshua fit the battle of Jericho 傑裏科之役

三十多年前有個美國百人合唱團訪問中國，所唱的歌中就有這一首。當時他們還唱了幾首中文歌：《半個月亮爬上來》以及根據範仲淹詞所譜的曲《塞下秋來風景異》等。

傑裏科之役是舊約聖經故事，簡單說，就是約書亞帶領以色列的軍隊攻打耶利哥城。在上帝幫助下，他們吹起號角，圍城到第七天時，耶利哥城突然轟然倒塌。
