釀酒--我是這末幹地

如果你重來沒有做過葡萄酒,下麵的細節可供參考

1. 工具--you can buy them from wine supply store



2. 葡萄汁,發酵粉,瓶塞,標簽,,,for first time maker, buy a winekit, it contains everything you need. After you feel confidence, then you use fresh grape juice.



3. 照本宣科,把 葡萄汁倒桶裏,量比重,撒發酵粉,蓋蓋。  你就等它冒泡吧。The fermentation may take 4 to 8 weeks depends on your juice.












4. 發酵的事不用你管,但酒瓶兒得你自個洗--make sure the bottles are super clean.
