hi, Lovewind: 我是文學城上的一個新手，我看到了你那麽多關於綠卡申請的文章，真是非常感動。過幾年，我也一定會重溫你們當年的曆程。今天我不知道能不能打擾您一下，問一問關於去墨西哥簽證的問題。 我現在是OPT身份，過幾個月將要是H1B。 我非常擔心我的簽證被check。 我在網上看到有很多人說即便被check也可以回到美國。 但在這種情況下過邊防的時候邊防人員會不會給I-94卡上蓋什麽新的章？ 因為我看了一下美國國務院的規定，似乎簽證在墨西哥被check從法律上規定是不可以用automatic revalidation返回美國的。我擔心即便邊防可以放我回美國，但是我的I-94已經有了入境紀錄，下次再去墨西哥拿簽證豈不是明擺著讓領事們發現我違反規定回到了美國？ 這樣會不會對以後再次申請簽證不好？多謝。

我想問你一個問題，我的１４０剛批，但我的４８５已於上月提交，我用把１４０的批準複印件再寄到移民局我的４８５文件中嗎？另外我的１４０有二個，這個批了，那個是否要寫信注銷掉？謝謝！
