Hi, I read your article on how to make fermented sweet rice and know that you are a microbio Ph.D. You are an interesting person. I am a 3rd-year undergrad at UC Davis. Currently I'm interning in a yeast lab, that's why I found your method of making the fermeted rice interesting--the steps are like some lab protocol...
