Hi,realblue: Your Costa Rica photos are awesome. We are planning a vacation on May and would like ask you some questions: 1. Is Costa Rica safe for tourists? From some website like US State Dept, it looks some safety concerns. Do fee it is safe when you were there? 2. Have you gone to Caribbean cost? How far does it from San Jose? Is it beautiful there? 3. You mentioned the road is rough, are they all un-pavement roads? May has began the rain season, it should be worse. 4. We are thinking to go to Costa Rica or Cancun, Mexico, Costa Rica look less commercial, more interesting and more challenge , but we are just concerning the safety an the roads.
