從Arequipa(2,325米)到普諾(Puno,３８６２米),海拔一路升高，定行程時為適應高原,把第一站定在了Arequipa，2325米的海拔還不致於有高原反應，從這裏逐漸往更高處走，要比從海平麵的利馬一氣飛到庫斯科（３４００米），身體更容易適應。普諾３８００多米的海拔讓我多少有點＂頭痛＂,在這以前，我最高隻到過３０００多米，對高原反應的體驗幾乎是零,３８００米對別人小意思，[閱讀全文]
