一、【青菜粥】
原料：
青菜4棵剩米飯一碗鹽1茶匙（5克）雞精1/2茶匙（3克）香油1/2茶匙（3ml）
做法：
1、將青菜掰開洗淨後，放入沸水中焯燙半分鍾後撈出，用冷水浸泡，待冷卻後瀝幹切碎備用。
2、將焯青菜的開水倒掉，重新倒入清水，大火加熱至沸騰後，倒入米飯，攪散後，改成中小火加熱。放入一把勺子（改變沸騰方向，防止溢鍋），再蓋上蓋子，留2厘[閱讀全文]
