糖醋排骨和crabcakes的方子如下:
糖醋排骨(這個方子是很早以前在網上抄來的,簡單好吃)1。排骨加水煮至八成熟。
2。撈出排骨(湯留下備用),洗淨瀝幹放入油鍋(不要太多油)翻炒,倒入料酒炒出酒香,再加醬油炒出醬香,然後往鍋裏澆湯,一次不要澆太多,再炒,多澆炒幾次。最後一次炒至汁半幹時,加入和你口味的糖(我用了darkbrownsugar)和醋,炒至汁快幹[閱讀全文]

AngelFoodcake應該算是比較基本的蛋糕了吧?俺就不厭其煩寫一下方子。AngelFoodCake1½杯糖粉(powderedsugar)
1杯cakeflour
1½杯雞蛋清(大概12個)
1½小勺塔塔粉(creamoftartar)
1杯白糖
1½小勺香草精(vanilla)
