冰糖燕窩
【原料】
水發燕窩50克、冰糖50克
【製作過程】
1、將水發的燕窩放在小盆裏（幹燕窩放清水中浸泡三、四小時後去毛，除去雜質後，用沸水稍泡，撈出放入涼水中浸之四小時，最後經沸水鍋氽一下，撈起即成，用溫水衝泡後，潷去原汁，再用溫開水衝泡，潷去原汁。
