是花粉過敏（NND,還得了洋病），要堅持吃藥，直到花粉過敏季節結束,堅持開加濕器，外加每晚用棉棍沾凡士林擦鼻子內側，問了醫生關於Bebe睡前用油濕潤鼻孔的高招兒，醫生說可行！

再次感謝大家的建議，也希望大家注意這個過敏的洋病

I don't think the diagnosis is correct. 花粉過敏 should have the symptoms of allergy, such as running nose, blocking nose etc. Allergy should not cause nose bleeding. For young children, nose bleeding is quite normal as their vessels in the nose are much fragile then adults' ones. 開加濕器，外加每晚用棉棍沾凡士林擦鼻子內側 are good enough, no need to take medicine.
