我們希望不定期的公布兩個BPC的審理時間。我們上個星期曾經公布了一些。這個星期我們統計以下兩個地區的RIR批準。Texas還是最好的。我們共有8個RIR批準。這些都是2004年2月到8月的案件。其中有二個有被要求補充文件。這些案件裏有一個是Specialhandling的勞工卡。其它都是電腦方麵的勞工卡申請。
至於PA我們隻有一個批準。日期也是在2004年。我們詢問聽其它律師同行對於PA[閱讀全文]

USCISIssuesGuidanceonStandardRFEResponseTimeframe

對於申請人在回答移民局RFE(RequestforEvidence)後，其案件何時會得到結果，USCIS最近發布了有關的timeframe。根據USCIS，如果申請人在提交其RFEresponse的60天後仍未收到移民局的回複，申請人可以查詢其RFE的情況。如果在此後的30天之後仍未能解決問題，申請人應當聯係USCISNationalCustomerServiceCenter(1-800-375-5283).但以上並不適用[閱讀全文]

美國勞工部(DOL)提醒到如果雇主為同一雇員及相同職位提出多個PERM申請，那麽必須在2006年1月19日之前取消多餘申請，因為對於同一雇員及相同職位隻能提出一個PERM的申請。如果雇主之前是online提交的申請，那麽他們可以直接進入其employeraccount中取消申請。
