January 19, 2006 —Deadline for Withdrawing Multiple PERM Applications By: Nicole C. Dillard, Esq. 美國勞工部 (DOL) 提醒到如果雇主為同一雇員及相同職位提出多個PERM申請，那麽必須在2006年1月19日之前取消多餘申請，因為對於同一雇員及相同職位隻能提出一個PERM的申請。如果雇主之前是online提交的申請，那麽他們可以直接進入其employer account中取消申請。 在2006年1月19日的期限後，如果對於同一雇員及相同職位仍有多個PERM申請在進行，那麽DOL將自動保留雇主最後提出的申請，其餘的都會被自動取消。 The Department of Labor has issued a reminder that January 19, 2006 is the deadline for withdrawing multiple PERM applications for employers where the application is for the same alien and job opportunity. Assuming the PERM application was filed online, the application can be withdrawn online once the employer’s account has been accessed.
