優先日期倒退可能將會發生

國務院指出9月份的優先日期對於某些類別的申請特別是中國和印度可能會發生倒退情況 (Visa Retrogression) 。因此對於目前EB-2優先日期已經排到隊的人，應要盡快的把I-485送進去。有些客人如果因為懷孕無法做體檢，還是要先把I-485送進去，然後等CIS的通知再補交。請看以下有關信息： The Department of State notes that September 2006’s Visa Bulletin will likely show additional retrogression of cut-off dates in the following categories: Worldwide EB4, China EB2 and EB3, India EB1, and Mexico EB3. That means that the priority dates in these categories will likely move back. If you are eligible to file your I-485 Application to Adjust Status at this time due to a current priority date, you would be wise to do so before the end of August so as to avoid additional retrogression.
