少打稅，2-4 年後可以取出來。

 

QT/QR/QD 的收入大致如下：

1）Base salary

2）Yearly bonus

3）Internal fund pre-tax investment gains

4）自己的投資收入。

 

有些工作一陣子的Quant，3）+ 4）> 1) + 2)，特別是Rentech 員工，他們的internal fund (Medallion), 錢放在裏麵越久越好。
