Question on bonus and deferred bonus

Year 1: TC 220K （base 140K, signon 45k, bonus 35K). 1p

Year 2: TC 325K (base 150K, bonus 175K)

Year 3: TC 475K (base 175K, bonus 300K)

Year 4: TC 670K (base 250K, bonus 300K, deferred bonus from Year 2 120K) 這裏重複計算了嗎？第二年先拿了175k獎金, 還有120k第四年拿？還是第二年拿175k 裏麵55k 剩下120k 延期到兩年後拿？

Year 5: TC 800K (base 250K, projected Bonus 350K, deferred Bonus from Year 3 200K)

是不是第三年先拿了300k獎金, 另外有200k第五年拿？還是第三年300k裏麵100k 當年拿，200k 第五年拿？
