皮膚和整形基本都要gap year了

gap year 其實是在第三年之後，比如整形，皮膚，還有一些覺得自己paper不夠的，after gap year, 他們match時還算senior。熱門外科像神外骨外senior就直接match了。沒match到再做follew的嚴格說不是gap year，再match也不算senior了。現在熱門外科基本要做away rotation了，相當一個月麵試。
