假設一個沒有政府隻有資本的地方吧

資本會流向最大化利益的地方。很多很多的小作坊型business會倒閉。但是如果大政府幹預過多呢，那會很多的inefficiency，不賺錢的business也會一直存在，也不行。現在美國政府幹預還是太多。
