Timothy B.schmit, 老鷹樂隊的第二任貝司手, 和樂隊主唱風格截然不同的貝司手, 有著近乎靈樂般的純淨嗓音. 他被稱為史上第一個----也是唯一一個 “sing high play low” 的貝司手. 因為他操低音琴,  卻唱著高音域, 輕柔的高音和低沉的貝斯恰成對比, 非常特別.

Timothy B.schmit 聲線中總帶有一些憂鬱;  

有人認為: 他憂鬱的嗓音可以和巴喬憂鬱的眼神相媲美; 他的歌聲唱出了對愛的深情, 唱出了一個男人對愛的執著.

出色的多重吉他和弦鋪墊出來的層層空間, 是老鷹樂隊最令人著迷的地方. "幾個人坐在一起, 淡淡的旋律在他們手指的彈撥下---如涓涓小溪輕輕地流淌."

Eagles（老鷹樂隊）1971年組建於美國加州, 是曆史上最有成就, 最偉大的鄉村搖滾樂隊; 憑借著一曲 “HOTELCALIFORNIA”（加州旅館）也成為了國內最有名的樂隊之一. 各位成員都是無可爭議的實力派, 將鄉村音樂的優雅,  寫意, 和搖滾的粗獷風格完美結合在一起, 曲調起伏有致, 讓人欲罷不能. 早期經常使用班卓琴, 極富特色. 木吉他加帥氣男聲, 透著淡淡的鄉村音樂的味道, 清新自然, 聽著聽著, 不覺自醉.
