厲害啊,我沒試過炸油炸糕,我會自己炸春卷,黃芽菜肉絲或者豆沙的:))
我們江南一帶的梅菜扣肉是黴幹菜燒肉,我很懷念呢,特香。尤其懷念的是“油悶春筍”,在這兒是絕對吃不到的,可是我們老家現在正是當令菜啊,鮮得來,想想都饞。。。。:((((
