遺囑問題。

網上學習了，律師們當然都說一定要用律師幫忙。但是中國人的家庭關係都是很簡單的，覺得自己準備也可以。 如果沒有遺囑，萬一出了意外，  probate就要介入管理安排。probate不僅費用高，而且時間長，大概2年的時間。

網上稍微學習以下，legal zoom 可以用它提供的方式準備。
