請教: 我們幾個月前買房

我們幾個月前買房， 賣主給了他的房客3個月的通知， 本來房客說好月中搬走，我們月底交換合同，兩周前她因為financial crisis 無法搬出，申請council house 被拒，賣主（房主）一怒把她告到法院。 請問這種情況，法院一般怎麽處理， 要多長時間？

solicitor 說他從業30年沒遇過這事，我跟媽媽說真是中六合彩的概率。We don't want to see that the tenant is forced out with no home to stay, but really nothing we can do.
