我們幾個月前買房， 賣主給了他的房客3個月的通知， 本來房客說好月中搬走，我們月底交換合同，兩周前她因為financial crisis 無法搬出，申請council house 被拒，賣主（房主）一怒把她告到法院。 請問這種情況，法院一般怎麽處理， 要多長時間？
