TRAX courier, had a big arguement with their manager

他們說是我自己的責任去CHECK IF THE ITEM HAS BEEN RETURNED ON TIME WITH OR WITHOUT DAMAGE.我去哪投訴?

信用卡公司?I PAID BY PAYPAL, HOW?

SELLER ALSO SAID THE BOXED DAMAGED AND INSIDE DAMAGED TOO, THIS IS WHY ONLY GET ME 50% REFUND, I SAID NO WAY, IF I DIDNT OPEN THE BOXES, HOW COULD I CHECK IF THE ITEM IS GOOD OR NOT, I DID SPEAK TO THEM ABOUT THE REFUND, THEY SAID OK, ONCE i return the item, they will give me the refund, but once I returned the item, they said the boxes damaged....idiot!!

我隻是拆了箱,然後用TAPE WRAPPED UP, 送回,SWEAR TO GOD, I DIDNT DAMAGE INSIDE AT ALL!
