這位新來的朋友，工資不到43K， 你可以從政府申請3個錢
1. Working family tax credit
2. Child tax credit
3. Child benefit.

前2個按你的工資，每月有200多， 第3個人人有，82鎊。
這些不是申請的福利，是tax credit

錢雖不多，交council tax 足夠了
