有人注意過英國的貧富和薪酬狀況嗎?

剛讀到一份英國社會經濟狀況統計報告《An Anatomy of Economic Inequality in the UK》（可以在http://sticerd.lse.ac.uk/case/_new/publications/NEP.asp download）。

真是不比不知道啊，在summary的第18頁發現 中國女同胞是英國同等學曆雇員中薪酬最低的（低於正常數約35%），大家能分析出原因嗎? （中國男同胞薪酬約低於正常數11%，不算太差吧。）
