Need help planning trip to Europe

I am planning my first trip to Europe this September. the itinerary looks like this so far. any ideas or  suggestions will be helpful!! Thanks!

London -> Paris -> Italy

London
Day 1:
The London Eye (倫敦眼, 2 hrs)
Big Ben, & House of Parliament (議會與大笨鍾, 1hr)
Westminster Abbey (威斯敏斯特教堂, 1 hr)

Day 2:
The British Museum (英國博物館, 2 hrs 30 mins)
St. Paul’s Cathedral (聖保羅大教堂, 1 hr)
The Tower of London and Tower Bridge (倫敦和塔橋塔)

Day 3:
Changing the guard at Buckingham Palace (白金漢宮, 2 hrs)
Trafalgar Square (特拉法加廣, 30 mins)
Hyde park (海德公園, 30 mins)

Day 4:
National Gallery (國家畫廊, 2hrs)
Natural History Museum (自然曆史博物館, 2hrs30mins)
Covent Garden (考文特花園, 1hr30mins)

Paris
Day5:
Eiffel Tower (埃菲爾鐵塔, 2hrs30mins)
River Seine cruise (塞納河, 1 hr)
Arc de Triomphe(凱旋門, 30 mins)
Shop at Galeries Lafayette (在鋪老佛爺)

Day 6:

Louvre Museum (盧浮宮博物館, 2 hrs)
Tuileries Gardens (杜樂麗花園, 30mins)
Pantheon (萬神殿, 1hr)
Notre-Dame Cathedral (巴黎聖母院, 2hrs)

Day 7:
Palace of Versailles(凡爾賽宮, 2hrs)
Musee d'Orsay (奧賽美術館, 2 hrs)
Pont Alexandre III (亞曆山大三世橋)
Sacred Heart Basilica of Montmartre (蒙馬特的聖心教堂, 1hr)

Venice
Day 8:
Piazza San Marco (聖馬可廣場, 1 hr)
Basilica di San Marco (聖馬可大教堂, 1 hr)
Ponte dei Sospiri (歎息橋, 30 mins)

Florence
Day 9:
Galleria dell'Accademia (1hr 30mins)
Florence Cathedral (佛羅倫薩大教堂, 1hr)
Campanile di Giotto & Battistero (喬托鍾樓 &洗禮, 2hrs)
Piazza della Signoria (30 mins)

Rome:
Day10:
Vatican Gardens (梵蒂岡花園, 1 hrs)
Vatican Museums (梵蒂岡博物館, 2 hrs)
The Sistine Chapel (西斯廷教堂, 1 hrs)
St. Peter's Basilica (聖彼得大教堂, 2 hrs)
St. Peter's Square (聖彼得廣場, 30 mins)
Piazza Navona (納沃納廣場, 45 mins)

Day 11:
Coliseum (羅馬鬥獸, 2 hrs)
The Pantheon (萬神殿, 1 hr)
Piazza Venezia (威尼斯廣場, 45 mins)
Roman Forum (羅馬廣場, 2 hrs)

Day 12:
Palatine Hill and Palatine Museum (帕拉蒂尼山和帕拉丁博物館, 2 hrs)
Trevi Fountain (特雷維噴泉, 1 hr)
Castel Sant'Angelo (聖天使城堡, 1 hr)
