criticism can work, but the reaction we expect won't be happened in short term, especially from current Chinese Govnt. all of us here know it. 

rather than awaiting for the govnt's actions being taken in 10, 20 years later after one more generation's education being abused, i personally agree with taking a charitable move right now right away..... to help the children in remote area to "jump out of small well (dz's metaphor :))" as much as possible......

let's keep up the spirit of hope:).
