Q on Alaska Shore Excursions

Just booked a 7days Alaska inside passenge cruise fron Holland. Can I have some advice/suggestions on shore excurisons from you guys who had been there before? The ship is going to stop at Juneau, Sitka, Ketchikan/Misty Fjord, Victoria(British Columbia). What are the must sees for those ports?
