Do you know the size of your ship? The bigger ships sometimes cannot make it through to some places. If that's the case, you might consider taking a day cruise on a small ship to see the tidewave glacier.
Don't know if you ship would go through Glacier Bay, which is very close to Sitka. If you do get to Glacier Bay, I would think sea kyakying to see tidalwave glacier would be nice.
Juneau: Mendhall Glacier
Ketchken: I flew into Ketchken and found the airport very interesting - it's on an island by itself. The old red-light district and totem pole center. Not sure about misty fjords.
Victoria: Butchart Garden and Inner Harbor
